What is Operation Save Christmas?
Operation Save Christmas is an experiential family experience designed for kids aged 4-10 in Meadows Wildlife Park, Caerphilly. Kids will get to enjoy a Christmas trail that will allow them to find Santa, interact with Mrs Claus and Christmas elves, all while being surrounded by reindeer and more within the magical setting of the Meadows over Christmas.

Operation Save Christmas takes place from the 4th December to the 24th December 2025.

What should I wear to the event?
December tends to be very cold, so ensure you and your family are wrapped up in warm clothing.

Are tickets refundable?
As per our Terms & Conditions, tickets are non-refundable.

How much will it be?
Tickets will be £25 for adults and £25 for children. All children tickets (3-11) include a free toy from Santa!

What is included in the ticket price?
Your ticket price includes an immersive walk through experience, search kit with clues, meet Christmas characters, access to Santa’s saloon entertainment & drinks area, access to cocoa creek food & sweet treats area, additional activities such as pottery painting, wreath making, Christmas Caroloke and more.

Are there food and drink options available?
Yes, of course, there will be several food traders.

Yes, there will be parking available at the venue at an additional charge.
