On 26th December 2024, at 22:47, Santa Claus vanished. Radar shows his sleigh was last tracked over Caerphilly. Eyewitnesses reported a flash in the sky, and loud jingles — but there’s been no contact since.

Mrs. Claus has issued an urgent call for help. A Search HQ is now being set up at Meadows Wildlife Park. We need brave families — like yours — to volunteer and help us find Santa and his reindeer before Christmas is cancelled.

Guidance from Santa's elves, Mrs Claus, lights, and sounds to follow the search trail
Access to the elves' emergency pop up Toy Factory HQ – where children can help save Christmas
